Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS ARE CURRENTLY BEING ISSUED for any type of virus. Our standard cancellation policy will remain in place.
ALL cancellations requested FOR ANY REASON will be subject to charges.

Please submit cancellation requests at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the reserved date

For all PRE-EXISTING reservations, the following charges will apply:
- For reservations exceeding $1000- 15% of the TOTAL reservation cost will be charged
- For reservations $1000 or less- 5% of the TOTAL reservation cost will be charged

All cancellations must be approved IN OFFICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will have written confirmation in a email of this.

If for ANY REASON you fail to show up, regardless of when you booked your reservation, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will a REFUND will be issued. No Show. No Refund.
